Bonjour!! I spent the weekend in Paris, France. I was actually able to communicate un peu (a little). I visited the Eiffel Tower and climbed all the way to the top using the stairs. I also went to Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, and the Louvre museum. I saw the Mona Lisa which is housed at the Louvre. I spent most of my time in Paris taking in the French culture on the streets and in the cafes. The French people make a point at relaxing. They may spend hours sitting at a cafe drinking coffee and watching people walk by. I tried many new foods like frog legs, lamb, rabbit, and faux gras (duck liver!). It was a great time and I encourage any of you to travel every chance you get, especially to areas with different cultures! Reply with any other questions you might have about Paris and I will try my best to answer your questions! Mr. Garman
Hello from Essex, UK. Essex is a county in the UK that stretches from just north of London to the east coast (Southend) and north past Colchester. I live in a small village on the edge of Epping Forest which has some beautiful walks any time of the year. It is also just a few minutes drive from the M25 which gives access to major motorways serving the north (Manchester, Blackpool), South (Devon & Cornwall). It would be nice to see my 2nd cousin, Gen Muehlenkamp, to show her Stonehenge and a few castles. We have a large family in America, Australia and Canada. The internet makes it possible to talk. Thanks all. Garth
